Terra Solar Philippines and China's Power Construction Corp. are building a $3.81 billion solar project in the Philippines.

Terra Solar Philippines (TSPI) has partnered with China's Power Construction Corporation to build the east section of a massive 3,500-megawatt solar project in the Philippines. The project includes a 4,500 MWh battery storage system and is valued at $3.81 billion. It aims to supply clean energy to about 2.4 million households and reduce carbon emissions by 4.3 million tons annually. The east section, spanning 1,505 hectares, will be developed by Power China and is expected to be completed by 2027.
