A former fast-food worker in Malaysia is sentenced to 14 years for attempted murder and car theft.

A 20-year-old former fast-food worker, Muhammad Wan Azhar Azman, was sentenced to 14 years in prison in Malaysia for stealing a car and attempting to murder a man by driving dangerously. The victim, who clung to the car's bonnet, was thrown off and suffered serious injuries. Judge Izralizam Sanusi sentenced Azman to 10 years for attempted murder and four years for car theft, to be served concurrently.
