A Delhi court has convicted five men of culpable homicide and unlawful assembly in the 2020 northeast Delhi riots where a man named Mohsin was killed by a mob. Two others were acquitted due to lack of evidence directly linking them to the assault. The convicted individuals were found to be part of the mob but not directly responsible for the fatal injuries.
