Volunteers and staff at Elmbrook Court, a care home in Wantage, planted over 2,000 native trees on a half-hectare site, transforming it into a nature reserve. Funded by the Woodland Trust, the project includes a pond, pathways, a vegetable garden, and more, aiming to enhance residents' well-being through nature. The initiative exceeded Oakland Care's annual target, totaling 3,100 trees planted.
