Australian IT company Atturra is acquiring New Zealand data center operator Plan B for $20 million, with an additional $4.5 million potential payment based on performance.
Atturra will purchase Plan B through its subsidiary Cirrus Network Holdings, aiming to expand its managed services and cloud offerings in New Zealand.
Plan B operates five data centers and serves over 1,000 clients.
The deal is set to close on December 2, 2024.
