A 66-year-old woman on the Holland America Line's Koningsdam cruise ship, experiencing stroke-like symptoms, was medically evacuated around 280 miles south of the U.S.-Mexico maritime boundary. The U.S. Coast Guard responded, with crews from San Diego and Sacramento assisting in airlifting her to Scripps Memorial Hospital La Jolla, where she is in stable condition.
