Wiltshire Council to vote on Redrow Homes' 248-home development facing over 60 objections.

Wiltshire Council's planning committee will vote on December 4th on a housing development proposal by Redrow Homes in Trowbridge, which includes 248 homes, with 72 designated as affordable. The proposal has faced over 60 objections over highway and environmental impacts. Separately, the council approved a new classroom block for John of Gaunt School and an artificial grass pitch for Forest and Sandridge Primary School. A planning decision on nine new homes in Rowde is expected by January 2025.
