South Korea's exports saw their 14th straight month of growth in November, rising 1.4% to $56.3 billion, with a trade surplus of $5.61 billion. Semiconductor exports hit a record $12.5 billion, up 30.8%. However, automobile exports dropped 13.6% due to production issues, and battery exports fell 26.3% due to weak demand. Exports to China and the U.S. also declined, while bio-health exports saw significant growth.
