London's Upper Tooting Road remains the city's most dangerous junction for cyclists, with 31 crashes over five years.

London's Cycling Campaign (LCC) has identified Upper Tooting Road as the city's most dangerous junction for cyclists for the second year in a row, with 11 serious crashes and 20 slight collisions recorded from 2019 to 2023. The LCC claims Wandsworth Council has ignored calls to fix the junction. The LCC's list includes ten other dangerous intersections, where there were five fatal crashes and nearly 50 serious collisions over the past five years. Transport for London (TfL) noted a 30% reduction in cycling fatalities in 2023 compared to a 2010-2014 baseline.
