Labour Councillor David Drew in Gloucestershire criticized the South Western Ambulance Service for failing to meet 30-minute response targets for category two emergencies, with the average time rising to 57.2 minutes in October. Handover delays also increased. The ambulance service acknowledged the issues and stated they are collaborating with health partners to improve.
