Uttar Pradesh deputy CM criticizes Samajwadi Party's attempt to enter violence-hit Sambhal.

Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Brajesh Pathak accused the Samajwadi Party (SP) of "political tourism" after the party's delegation was barred from entering Sambhal, a violence-hit area. The administration extended a ban on outsiders until December 10 to maintain order. SP leader Harendra Malik said he aimed to visit Sambhal to help those affected by the violence but questioned why they were being stopped. The clashes in Sambhal began after a court-ordered survey of a mosque, resulting in four deaths and 30 arrests so far. The SP has pledged financial aid to victims' families and demanded a fair inquiry.
