A new factory near Surat, India, is producing track slabs for the country's first bullet train project using advanced Shinkansen technology. Located in Kim village, it can produce 120 slabs daily and has already made over 9,775 slabs. The facility supports the construction of the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Corridor, using a ballastless track system similar to Japan's Shinkansen design.
