Mumbai Police arrest 26 in MCOCA case over NCP leader's murder, gang claims responsibility.

Mumbai Police have invoked the MCOCA, a strict anti-organized crime law, in the murder case of NCP leader Baba Siddique, who was shot dead near his son's office in October. So far, 26 suspects have been arrested, including the alleged main shooter, Shiv Kumar Gautam, while three more remain at large. The Lawrence Bishnoi gang claimed responsibility for the killing. Key suspect Akashdeep Gill used a laborer's mobile hotspot to communicate with conspirators, and police are searching for his phone for evidence.
