Ghana's Electoral Commission addresses ballot paper shortages in six regions ahead of Dec 7 elections.

The Electoral Commission (EC) of Ghana has acknowledged ballot paper shortages in several regions, including Volta, Greater Accra, Western North, Upper West, Western, and Bono East, ahead of the December 7 general elections. Shortages in five Volta Region constituencies—Keta, Ketu North, Ho Central, Hohoe, and Ho West—will be addressed by printing additional papers at Acts Commercials, with political party representatives invited to observe the process on November 29. The EC has assured transparency and accuracy in the electoral process.
