After a decade as president, Marianne Willson is stepping down from her role at Chatham-Kent Pride but will remain as a board director. Willson's involvement with the 2SLGBTQIA+ community began in 1998 and led to founding the Chatham-Kent Gay Pride Association in 2001. Under her leadership, the organization expanded its services and started an annual Pride parade and family festival each August.
