TUI flight aborts due to cabin pressure error, putting 193 at risk, but no injuries reported.

A TUI flight from Manchester to Kos had to abort and return due to a cabin pressure failure, putting 193 passengers and crew at risk of hypoxia. The Air Accidents Investigation Branch found that maintenance workers had mistakenly turned off switches regulating the cabin pressure, which went undetected. Pilots turned the switches back on but did not follow all safety protocols. No injuries were reported.
