Indian healthcare firm Narayana Health is negotiating to buy UK's Spire Healthcare for up to $600M.

Indian healthcare provider Narayana Health is in talks to acquire a controlling stake in the UK's Spire Healthcare Group, which operates 40 hospitals and over 50 clinics.
