Eurozone consumers expect slight inflation rise next year but are pessimistic about economic growth.

The European Central Bank's latest survey shows that consumers in the Eurozone expect inflation to be slightly higher over the next year, at 2.5%, up from 2.4% in September. However, expectations for the following three years remain steady at 2.1%. Despite this small increase in short-term inflation expectations, consumers are more pessimistic about economic growth, with expectations falling and nominal income growth expectations also decreasing.
