The ESRF Project in Ghana, nearing completion, has supported 54,349 smallholder farmers and 48,886 households affected by the pandemic. Key achievements include water systems, boreholes, poultry farming, and distributing fertilizers and seeds. A Closure Conference highlighted these successes and discussed sustainability strategies to maintain food security and support rural communities, emphasizing collaboration and transparency.
