Chinese nationals own 56% of foreign-held homes in South Korea, with 52,798 units registered as of June 2021, marking a 4.9% increase from six months prior. Americans come in second, owning 22.5% of these homes, followed by Canadians, Taiwanese, and Australians. Most of these properties are located in areas around Seoul, including Gyeonggi Province and Incheon.
