Two officers face misconduct charges after a 17-year-old autistic girl died fleeing them on a highway.

Two police officers have been served misconduct notices after 17-year-old autistic girl Tamzin Hall died after fleeing a stationary police car on the M5 motorway in Somerset. The Independent Office for Police Conduct is investigating the incident, examining the officers' actions and risk assessments leading up to her fatal collision with another vehicle. An inquest into Tamzin's death has been opened and adjourned.
