A 24-year-old learner driver in Sydney was pulled over on November 11, 2024, for speeding at 119 km/h in a 60 km/h zone while heading to his driving test. Despite testing negative for alcohol and drugs, he received multiple fines for speeding, not displaying L-plates, and driving without a licensed supervisor. His learner license was suspended for six months, and his test was canceled. The Tesla Model 3 did not belong to him, so its plates were not confiscated.
