Recent survey by HOOPP and Angus Reid Group reveals that Canadian businesses are most concerned about inflation and employee burnout, impacting 78% and 68% of businesses respectively. These concerns remain top issues for the upcoming year, with 72% of businesses worried about both. The survey of 759 businesses also found that 72% believe Canada is in a productivity crisis, and 90% agree that business productivity hinges on employee productivity. Conducted online, the survey could not assign a margin of error.
