Nigerian government publishes list of 9,532 debtors, including former leaders, for land title fees.

The Federal Capital Territory Administration in Abuja has published a list of 9,532 individuals and entities who owe debts for land titles, including former Nigerian leaders like Ibrahim Babangida, Samuel Ortom, and Aminu Tambuwal. Debtors have two weeks to pay for their certificates of occupancy, or risk losing their titles. The list includes federal agencies and state governments, and payments must be made electronically.
