A man was arrested in Norcross, Georgia, after police found a chop shop with over $100,000 in stolen goods, including two excavators, a stolen SUV, vehicles with altered VINs, motorcycles, and a handgun. The investigation started with a stolen GPS-tracked mini excavator. Larry Dobbs, 46, faces multiple charges including theft and possession of controlled substances.
