Idaho Supreme Court allows death row inmate's execution after rejecting appeal.

The Idaho Supreme Court has rejected death row inmate Thomas Creech's appeal, stating that a second execution attempt would not be cruel and unusual punishment. Creech, 74, failed to prove his case after his first execution attempt in February was halted due to vein access issues. The court upheld a district court decision, leaving the matter to federal courts. Meanwhile, Barrie's Ski and Sports in Idaho hosted a Cranksgiving event, collecting and donating turkeys to the Idaho Food Bank for the community.
