Coast Guard rescues stroke-stricken man from cruise ship off Hawaii, airlifting him to hospital.

The U.S. Coast Guard rescued a 32-year-old man showing stroke symptoms from the Zaandam cruise ship, 50 miles off Oahu, Hawaii. After a medevac request was made by the ship's doctor on November 25, a Coast Guard helicopter and airplane crew were dispatched. The patient and a nurse were flown to The Queen's Medical Center in Honolulu, where the man is now in stable condition.
