Brittany Lawson, 35, was arrested after allegedly stealing a van from a construction site in Summerville and crashing into a cyclist and two motorcyclists. The cyclist suffered severe injuries, while the motorcyclists had non-life-threatening injuries. Lawson fled the scene on foot and was later apprehended.
