Barbara Heyward Manners, a 33-year-old woman found dead and burned in a pile of tires near Interstate 95 in Westport, Connecticut in 1985, has been identified nearly 40 years later. The identification was made possible by advancements in DNA technology from Othram, a forensic genealogy corporation. Her remains will now be returned to her family.
