The All India Muslim Personal Law Board (AIMPLB) is concerned about recent court cases involving mosques and dargahs in India, fearing they could undermine religious harmony. The AIMPLB has asked Chief Justice Sanjiv Khanna to intervene and prevent lower courts from opening more disputes over these religious sites. Spokesperson SQR Ilyas warned that such cases could increase communal tensions.
