The University of Auckland's Autism Research Clinic is launching on November 27, offering advanced genetic diagnosis for autism. In its first year, the clinic plans to enroll at least 50 children and their families to provide tailored care. Funded by the Freemasons Foundation and seeking additional philanthropic support, the clinic aims to make genetic diagnosis widely available across New Zealand, improving early and accurate diagnosis for better long-term outcomes.
