Two top Bahamian cops arrested in Florida for alleged drug and gun smuggling conspiracy.

Two high-ranking Bahamian law enforcement officers were arrested in Florida on charges including conspiracy to import cocaine and firearms violations. Chief Superintendent Elvis Curtis and Chief Petty Officer Darren Roker are facing trial in New York federal court. Sergeant Prince Albert Symonette was also named in the indictment. The arrests have raised concerns about drug trafficking and the integrity of Bahamian law enforcement.
