Roger Brenninkmeyer, 60, was sentenced to six years and eight months in jail for causing the death of 20-year-old Droy Darrock-York in a high-speed crash near Pwllheli, North Wales. Brenninkmeyer was driving at 109mph when he lost control of his car, hitting Darrock-York's vehicle. The court heard that Brenninkmeyer was experiencing delusional beliefs about debt and had searched for suicide prevention methods.
