Meta's studies reveal that quick commerce is booming in India, with 90% of respondents aware of these services and half using them weekly. Grocery and personal care items are the most popular, while tier 2 and 3 towns favor fashion and food. Social media, especially Reels and influencers, drives discovery of new products, and WhatsApp is the top messaging platform for purchases. Gen Z leads in adopting quick commerce and buying wellness and sportswear items. UPI is the favored payment method for 51% of online shoppers.
