Maine's Androscoggin County DA declines to press charges in Lisbon High football hazing case.

The Androscoggin County District Attorney's office in Maine will not pursue criminal charges against Lisbon High School football players involved in a hazing incident. Despite a Portland law firm, Drummond Woodsum, finding a "culture of hazing" with severe incidents, the District Attorney's office concluded that much of the behavior was described as "horseplay" and voluntary, with no evidence supporting criminal charges.
