Kansas City firefighters rescued a window washer stuck eight stories up after securing him with a safety line.
A window washer was rescued by Kansas City firefighters after getting stuck about eight stories up on a building near Interstate 435. Arriving around 8:40 a.m., firefighters found the worker hanging from a safety line. Due to the ladder's insufficient height, a rescue firefighter climbed to the roof, secured a second line, and safely lowered the worker to the ground without injuries.
