Indian officials seized fake antibiotics worth $1.65 million from a Hyderabad company, accused of exporting them to Russia.

Telangana's Drugs Control Administration seized fake antibiotics worth Rs 1.33 crore from a Hyderabad-based pharmaceutical facility on November 26. The company was accused of falsely labeling antibiotics made by other manufacturers and exporting them to Russia under their own name. A total of 38,175 vials of various antibiotics were seized, with further investigations and legal actions expected.
