Incoming Clackamas County commissioner Melissa Fireside had her home searched by police in connection with felony theft allegations, including aggravated identity theft and first-degree theft. The search occurred just before her election, following a warrant issued by County Circuit Judge Jeffrey Jones. Her attorney, Mark Cogan, confirmed the ongoing investigation.
