Woman sentenced to suspended prison for causing death of Manchester bombing hero by careless driving.

A 65-year-old woman, Jacqueline Higson, was given a suspended prison sentence after her careless driving caused the death of Darron Coster, a hero from the 2017 Manchester Arena bombing. Higson overtook a cyclist on a rural road in North Yorkshire, driving into the opposite lane and striking Coster's motorcycle, leading to his fatal injuries. In addition to the suspended sentence, Higson was banned from driving for two years and ordered to do 180 hours of unpaid work.
