Report finds concrete roads cheaper, require less maintenance, and could be more environmentally friendly than asphalt.

The report suggests concrete roads are ideal for high-traffic and heavy-vehicle areas. National Road Carriers Association CEO Justin Tighe-Umbers advocates for increased use of concrete in major roads to lower long-term costs.
