New Zealand's SolarZero enters liquidation, but its services continue under a new provider.

SolarZero Limited, a New Zealand solar company, has entered liquidation due to financial difficulties, though its energy services will continue uninterrupted via a replacement provider, Verofi. Founded in the 1970s, SolarZero pioneered the country's first solar subscription service and operated a large virtual power plant. Despite efforts to find a sustainable path, the company could not overcome its financial challenges.
