Minnesota's I-35 will close a ramp and reduce to one lane on Nov. 26-27 for the Twin Ports Interchange Project.

Minnesota's Department of Transportation will close the Mesaba Avenue on-ramp to southbound I-35 and reduce the highway to one lane between Mesaba Avenue and 18th Avenue West from 9 p.m. on November 26 to 6 a.m. on November 27. This closure is for signage changes and part of the $435 million Twin Ports Interchange Project, aimed at enhancing safety by relocating exits and entrances. The project is expected to finish by summer 2026.
