Kansas running back Devin Neal was named the AP Player of the Week after a historic performance against No. 16 Colorado, where he ran for 207 yards and three touchdowns, and caught four passes for 80 yards and a touchdown. The win made Kansas the first FBS team with a losing record to defeat three straight Top 25 opponents. Neal surpassed 1,000 rushing yards for the third season in a row, a first in Kansas football history.
