Former FBI agent Eduardo Valdivia, acquitted in 2020 shooting, arrested for alleged rapes in Maryland.

FBI agent Eduardo Valdivia, who was acquitted of attempted murder in a 2020 shooting, has been arrested on charges of sexually assaulting two women in Maryland. Valdivia faces two counts of second-degree rape and has been suspended from his FBI duties. Police believe there may be additional victims and plan a news conference to encourage them to come forward. Valdivia is currently in custody and scheduled for a bond hearing.
