China moved its first single-core liquid rocket, the Long March-12 Y1, to a commercial launch site in Hainan.

China transported its Long March-12 Y1 rocket to the Hainan commercial space launch site on November 26th. This rocket, China's first single-core liquid launch vehicle, has a 3.8-meter diameter and is powered by six liquid oxygen/kerosene engines. The launch is scheduled for an appropriate time soon. The Hainan site, dedicated to commercial missions, started construction in July 2022.
