Andhra Pradesh's Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu reviewed the state's road repair efforts, focusing on a pothole-free initiative that has repaired 1,991 km of roads so far. The project, worth Rs861 crore, aims to complete repairs by January 2025. An additional Rs581 crore is needed for the reconstruction of 1,447 km of severely damaged roads. Naidu emphasized quality, warning against substandard work, and discussed toll fees and exemptions under the PPP model for highway development. He also highlighted the importance of improving rural road connectivity.
