UniCredit Bank Romania issued 5-year corporate bonds worth 750 million RON (EUR 150 million) with a fixed annual coupon of 7.67%, surpassing the initial target of 550 million RON. This is the largest bond issue the bank has completed on the Romanian market, aimed at diversifying its financing sources. The bonds were issued exclusively to qualified investors and are expected to be listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
