UNESCO and Relais & Châteaux partner to promote biodiversity through sustainable culinary practices.

UNESCO and the Relais & Châteaux Association have formed a partnership to promote sustainable use of biodiversity through culinary and hospitality traditions. The collaboration focuses on preserving cultural heritage, protecting biodiversity, and raising environmental awareness. Mauro Colagreco, a Goodwill Ambassador for Biodiversity, leads the initiative, with pilot projects near UNESCO sites set to begin in 2025.
