TOYO Co. plans to acquire a solar panel plant in Houston, expanding its production capacity to meet U.S. demand.

TOYO Co., Ltd, a solar solutions company, will participate in two Clean Energy conferences in New York City on December 4th and 5th, hosted by Jefferies and Bank of America. TOYO also announced plans to acquire a solar module manufacturing facility in Houston, Texas, with initial capacity of 2.5 gigawatts, expandable to 6.5 GW by 2029. The first 1 GW production is set to start by mid-2025, aiming to meet the demand for American-made solar panels and expand TOYO’s global supply chain.
