The North Central Football League (NCFL) has implemented a new tiered player points system, creating an eight-point gap between the top and bottom tiers. The grand finalists, Sea Lake Nandaly and Birchip-Watchem, have seen their points drop from 42 to 38, while struggling clubs St Arnaud and Charlton have gained four points each, now at 46. The salary cap for 2025 remains at $106,600. Newly merged Calder United will start in the third tier with 44 points.
